The wine
At sight it is straw yellow, greenish reflections, crystalline; the aromatic profile is fine, aromatic, floral, fruity. Apricot, sage, thyme and peach are recognized. Full-bodied wine, consistent, dry, delicately alcoholic, fresh. Ideal as an aperitif, shellfish, white meats, some soups, medium-aged cheeses and sweet cheeses (e.g. fontina).
