The wine
At Passo del Leone Rosso is a South Tyrolean red wine that fully reflects the company philosophy based on organic agriculture. At sight it is cherry-colored with reflections that turn to ruby; the nose expresses hints of red fruit and spicy memories. The sip on the palate is smooth and linear, medium-bodied and delicate and fresh tannins. Perfect in combination with game, grilled meat and medium-aged cheeses.
