The wine
Clear in color, straw yellow, the nose is distinctly aromatic, fresh, with notes of ripe fruit (golden drop, apricot) and refined exotic spices. On the palate it is medium-bodied, mineral, juicy, with a long persistence. Excellent with tasty appetizers (salami, sausages), grilled fish and shellfish.

Serve between 8ºC and 10ºC
