The wine
Lamoresca Bianco is an island Vermentino, a white wine that improves over the years, acquiring complexity and tertiary aromas. In the glass it shows a beautiful bright straw yellow color; on the nose it expresses a large and delicate floral bouquet enriched with notes of yellow fruit and mineral touches. The sip is characterized by good acidity and structure. Perfect in combination with fish dishes and fish appetizers such as carpaccio and crudité.
