The Molino y Lagares de Bullas project, or Bodega Lavia, was in the pipeline during 2003, when a group of people, who loved the whole wine-making culture and were attracted by the potential for producing great wines that the vineyards in the Bullas Denomination of Origin were showing, came together to establish a winery.
