The wine
100% ecological Monastrell, cultivated at 750 meters altitude on deep alluvial soil of limestone base, poor in organic matter, with boulders and gravels, presence of clay that gives grains of thicker skins. Aged for 12 months in French oak.
Ruby color of high layer. Intense nose of black fruits, licorice, earthy sensation, nuts. Balanced and fresh mouth, tasty with elegant tannins, spicy notes, long finish.
