The wine
Balanced and sapid wine, of fascinating evolution where notes of aromatic herbs, white flowers and citrus coexist. Structured on the palate, with an important mineral note that refers to the volcanic matrix of the soil. Soft, long in the finish, with a marked longevity and harmony. Perfect to accompany first courses, fish menus, risotto, vegetable soups, cheeses, eggs and asparagus.
