Le Dauphin d'Olivier is a white wine produced in the Bordeaux region in France, by Château Olivier. Golden yellow in color, the nose is expressive with aromas of orange peel and tangerine. The palate is long and smooth with pastry notes. There is a slight salinity at the end of the mouth.
