The wine
At sight it has a straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage; the aromatic profile is broad and gives off aromas of dried fruit and floral scents. The sip is dry and dry with good complexity, very pleasant and very clean. Dry and elegant, the Extra Brut de Le Marchesine is a great aperitif Franciacorta, perfect for a mixed sushi dish.
