The wine
Le Monde Ribolla Gialla is a pleasant and intense wine, with a bright straw yellow color. The nose is rich and characteristic, with ample floral scents and a slight herbaceous note. On the palate it is fresh, elegant, with balanced acidity and flavor, with a mineral finish and good persistence. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with soups, vegetable risotto, tasty fish dishes, shellfish, cold cuts and salami.
