The wine
From the choice of the best Sangiovese grapes grown in the local vineyards, a wine that reveals how the king of the Tuscan vines reaches in the Vinci area one of the maximum varietal expressions: concentration, maturity, elegance, and wonderful aroma integrity. It ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, then a brief contact with the oak for 2/4 months to enhance the perfume, color and expressive aromatic amplitude while respecting the delicate native fragrance of the grapes.
