Les Cretes Torrette

Ruby red color. Fresh, fine and delicate, with a floral nose (violet and dog rose) fruity (small red fruits). In the mouth, delicate and elegant, with a subtle acidic vein. It is associated with mixed appetizers, cold cuts, first courses (pasta and soups with cereals and vegetables), white and red meats, fresh and medium-aged cheeses.
