The wine

At sight it is bright yellow with good depth; the nose is penetrating, intense and multifaceted. Floral and fruity impact of great elegance: lantana, jasmine, wisteria, acacia flowers, orange blossom and hawthorn combine with apricot, peach, melon and grapefruit. The refined creamy notes of vanilla, custard, sweet almond and hazelnut are embellished with balsamic sensations of thyme, nettle, mint and mallow leaves. Complex and elegant taste. Soft attack with lively acid vein. Richness of sensations on the palate that recall the aromas: Granny Smith apple, yellow peach, papaya, flower benches, citrus and balsamic references. The tannic structure well supports minerality. Full finish and great persistence.

Perfect in combination with crustaceans, oysters, fish caviar, seaweed and other brackish flavors; it also goes perfectly with vegetables and light meats, with delicate although rich seasonings.
