The wine
At sight it has a straw yellow color with golden notes; the nose is intense, broad, enveloping. Strong floral notes with orange blossom, jasmine and elderberry blend with hints of white fruit, ripe apple and white peach, and tropical yellow fruit, pineapple and papaya. Warm hints of custard and candied fruit. The sip is full, complex, velvety. Soft attack with notes of pear and dried fruit enriched in the evolution by the freshness of bergamot and by balsamic and mallow hints. Good persistence and pleasant aftertaste of white and yellow fruit. Particularly suitable to accompany first courses, white meats, fresh cheeses, fish dishes.
