The wine
Brilliant yellow with rosy and coppery reflections, it has a broad, complex and sweet aroma with notes of pear, orange blossom, yellow fruit and hints of spices. Full and enveloping sip, to which the sweetness of nectarine pear adds generosity and breadth; at the same time fresh and savory, rounded by sweet notes of dry pastry, English cream and hazelnut; pleasantly mineral in closing. Particularly suitable for fish dishes, shellfish appetizers, risotto and vegetable pies.
