The wine
Straw yellow with slight green reflections; full, bright and fresh. Classic, articulated nose with notes of white melon and hints of grapefruit, orange and mandarin; completed by intriguing shades of green herbs, sweet pepper, pear and hawthorn. Palate of great freshness combined with a sweet sensation of ripe white fruit; energy, continuity and cleanliness complete and tone the return of herbs and sweet pepper; sapid sensations of flint in the finish and aftertaste. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes very well with asparagus, vegetable soups, legume soups and marinated fish.
