The wine
This award-winning blend of Friulano, Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon grapes should be considered one of the most prestigious Italian whites.
Intense straw yellow which is embellished with golden reflections. On the nose the bouquet of fruity, floral, mineral and spicy notes is really complex: exotic fruit, citrus, white peach, sweet almond, Mediterranean scrub, sage, elderflower, hawthorn, marjoram, vanilla. On the palate it is elegant, enveloping, juicy, full, warm, fresh, savory and mineral, full-bodied, in perfect balance. The aftertaste of candied citrus fruits, aromatic herbs and vanilla persists for a long time.
Accompanies fish soups, risotto with vegetables and white meat based dishes.
