The wine
The Montecucco Rosso produced by Livio Sassetti is a red wine obtained from 100% Sangiovese Grosso della Maremma. In the glass it has an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. From the olfactory point of view it offers aromas of ripe red fruit, spices and licorice. In the mouth it is a full and structured wine with dense and silky tannins. Soft on the palate with a long finish. Excellent in combination with red meats, game, game and aged cheeses.
