The wine
The Barolo produced by the Zoccolaio winery in Monforte d'alba is garnet red in the glass with brick orange nuances that intensify over time. Intense and complex bouquet but delicate and ethereal at the same time; warm, full and dry. It can be served with beef, game and stews, steak, lamb, veal, rabbit, wild boar and venison, ideal with medium or old aged cheeses.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
