The wine
Loess Inspiration came into being thanks to the inspiration of a group of wine tasters who saw the potential for this delightful discovery. Searching for the ideal blend to create Loess Crianza, they realized that the wine from certain barrels which had only aged for a few months was already exceptional and they decided to bottle it directly, giving birth to Loess Inspiration.
What does this wine taste like?
An intense claret colour speaks of its youth and a fantastic maceration process. Almost immediately it offers an intense array of aromas with fruits such as ripe plums and blackberries to the forefront, subtly combining with touches of oak. Splendid herbal and spicy hints of bay leaves and pepper are also present. Its varietal character and pleasant texture stand out in the mouth while tannins gently cover the gums with a deliciously dry coating which only makes us want to pick the glass up again. The comforting sensation of elegant finely toasted wood lingers after every sip, wrapped in a complex combination of wild forest fruit and undergrowth.

Drinking and storing
Sufficient body to evolve in the bottle for up to 4 or 5 years after its harvest date, although we recommend drinking it young to enjoy the fruit in all its splendour. Best served at a cool temperature of around 14ºC, it is a wine which easily adapts to most kinds of red wine glasses.
Food pairing
Loess Inspiration is an ideal option to drink with cold meats, Iberian ham, or top quality hamburgers, all accompanied by a piece of good freshly-made bread.
