The Louis Latour Saint-Aubin 1er Cru ‘Les Combes’ 2021 is a white wine from the Côte de Beaune region, made from Chardonnay grapes from 30-year-old vineyards located on chalky soils. Traditionally fermented in French oak barrels, aged for 8 to 10 months in barrels, 10% of which are new, it has a pale golden colour and is bright. On the nose, it offers aromas of acacia and toasted notes, while in the mouth it is full and fresh, with a remarkable length and an almost saline finish. This wine has a cellaring potential of up to 5 years and pairs well with seafood, fish, fine charcuterie and goat's cheese.
