The wine
Very deep ruby red color with garnet reflections; complex bouquet with hints of ripe red fruit, plum jam, vanilla and cocoa. On the palate it reveals a robust and velvety body, with a persistent finish with chocolate notes. It goes well with traditional Apulian dishes; meats with savory seasonings, roasts and well-aged cheeses.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
