The wine
A classic Piedmontese red wine, Luigi Spertino's Grignolino d'Asti, has a brilliant ruby red color with garnet and coppery reflections. The nose expresses a bouquet of floral and spicy notes of pepper with citrus notes of blood oranges. On the palate it is delicate with soft tannins and characterized by freshness and flavor. Perfect in combination with first courses such as tagliatelle with meat sauce or mushroom risotto. Also excellent with appetizers, cold cuts and cold cuts.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
