The wine

An elegant and smooth Reserva with pleasant tannins.

What does this wine taste like?

A ruby red colour, the wine is clean and bright in appearance. The nose exudes an aroma brimming with intensity, of very ripe red fruit on a balsamic background. The palate is smooth, fresh and sinewy, with well-integrated and polished tannins, exhibiting touches of liquorice on the aftertaste.

Wine critics reviewsReviews by Parker

The 2012 Reserva showed lots of roasted sesame seed, smoky and oaky notes intermixed with aromas of nuts and ripe berry fruit. The palate showed abundant, dusty tannins that give it a little bit of a drying texture. This blend of 95% Tempranillo and 5% Graciano was cropped from a very dry and warm vintage. The wine matured in oak for 18 months. 150,000 bottles produced.
