The wine
Very intense straw yellow color tending to golden, of great vitality. The nose gives us a marked complexity with aromas ranging from balsamic to forest resins. Notes of ripe fruit, Golden apple, Williams pear, Papaya, up to honey, wet stone, Mediterranean scrub and spices. In the mouth it is full and vigorous with a great structure with warm, soft notes and a balance linked to the marked minerality that gives it flavor and drinkability. The aromatic persistence is extraordinary.
Its remarkable structure makes it suitable to accompany even the most demanding dishes of the Ligurian tradition such as Ligurian rabbit, chicken cacciatore, stockfish served with olives and beans, baked in the top.Drinking and storing
