The wine
Australia is known for making very commercial wines of great quality and this Madfish is a fine example. Thanks to the flexibility of the wine-making regulations in Australia, the most advanced techniques in cultivation and production can be applied, thus achieving very fine wines with high yields per hectare. It is definitely another way of perceiving wine.
Here we have a “coupage” that has been very well thought out, brimming with life, where each variety gives the best of itself: the Cabernet Sauvignon supplies structure, the Merlot provides fruit and the Cabernet Franc gives the wine its fleshiness and aroma.
An exclusive wine at an extremely down-to-earth price.
An intense red colour and bright in appearance, the wine exhibits red fruit on a nose that offers great aromatic potency. The very well-structured palate is mature and delicate.
10 months spent in new and second-year French oak barrels.
