The wine
Ruby red with garnet reflections in the glass; the nose expresses notes that veer from blackberry to plum, from spices to dried roses. The sip is of a consistent and enveloping body, perfect for balancing the evident tannic texture. The excellent freshness and flavor finish the sip and lengthen the fruity persistence. To be combined with a wild boar stew.
