The wine
The wine has a ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose is intense and persistent, with hints of plums, quince, broom and rosemary. On the palate it is savory and warm, with an aftertaste of licorice and notes of mulberry and wild asparagus. Excellent in combination with game and aged cheeses.
