Manicardi Vigna Cà del Fiore

Dry sparkling wine obtained from the ripe and sweet grapes of the sunny hillside vineyards of Cà del Fiore. Ruby red color with violet reflections, dry, savory, full-bodied flavor, characteristic of the grape variety. On the nose evident aromas of red fruits, plum, cherry, black cherry and blackberry; on the palate it is full-bodied and savory, with pleasant fruity notes. Excellent in combination with boiled, roasted and grilled meats, robust dishes in general such as zampone and cotechino, aged cheeses.
