The wine
Keil is the Schiava of the Manincor house, a typical grape from Lake Caldaro. A charming red wine, which is not demanding, and is pleasantly aromatic and elegant. Light and brilliant ruby red in colour, the bouquet is delicately fruity with cherry and toasted almond notes. On the palate the mouth it is intense and easy to drink, with an elegant persistence. Perfect with typical Alto Adige foods, like speck, first courses, white meats and roasts.
