Mansio Nero d'Avola Pettirosso

The Petti Rosso is a Nero d`Avola of a ruby red color, the perfume is reminiscent of a fruity of undergrowth with spicy notes of licorice, vanilla and cloves. It is a wine different from the classic Nero d`Avola because it is softer and rounder in the mouth, with an alcohol content of 13.5%, therefore also lighter than the traditional Neri d`Avola, and this makes it perfect combinations, as well as with the classic grilled red meats, aged cheeses and first courses of land, even with dishes that are not too elaborate and heavy.
