Mantonicoz

Mantonicoz is a highly drinkable wine, with a strong character and a fascinating intense gold color mantle. The nose expresses a large and elegant bouquet, rich in elderberry aromas and vegetable and fruity scents followed by a pleasant mineral and citrus vein. In the mouth it reveals great freshness and minerality, with a slightly bitter and slightly tannic long finish. Ideal as an aperitif and to pair with fish dishes, in particular with monkfish with a side dish of citrus and fennel.
