In the glass, Dolcetto Boschi di Berri Prefillossera, has a magnificent intense ruby red color with reflections ranging from fuchsia and violet. The perfume, reminiscent of violet and raspberry, is intense, broad and persistent. The warm, enveloping, almost velvety flavor gives us pleasant sensations of ripe cherries and currants. Its structure, harmony and persistence refer us to the traditional Dolcetto, as it must have been in the late nineteenth century. At each harvest, and in particular at the time of the first tastings, these unrepeatable emotions of the past are renewed and enchanting us.
Important wine, it goes well with cold and hot appetizers, first courses, roasts, white meats and fresh cheeses. The aging in the bottle is good even for several years.
