The wine
The color is ruby red, with garnet reflections. The perfume is intense, persistent, with a clear hint of small fruits, dog rose and spices. The flavor is full-bodied, but at the same time harmonious and balanced, with sweet tannins, never too evident. Ideal companion for the typical appetizers of the Langhe, pastas and agnolotti with savory seasonings, red, roasted, braised and boiled meats, medium-aged hard cheeses.

Marchesi di Barolo
