The wine
The color is garnet red, with ruby reflections. The aroma is intense, persistent, with a clear hint of fruit, dog rose and spices. The flavor is full-bodied, but at the same time harmonious and balanced, with sweet tannins, never too evident. Ideal companion for tasty first courses, pasta with ragù, agnolotti, red meats, roasts, stews, medium-aged hard cheeses.
