The wine
The ideal position for the Lagrein vines in the historic Gries growing area in Bolzano favors the formation of spicy aromas (licorice and pepper) and ripe fruit (cherries and blackberries), with touches of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is fresh, medium-bodied and structured. Elegant and persistent. Excellent in combination with mushroom risotto, pasta with meat sauce and roasted meat.
