The wine
At sight it has a very intense ruby red color. The aromatic profile is fine and intense; the wine highlights notes of plum, pomegranate, sweet spices and a pleasant undertone of vanilla. The sip is long and harmonious, soft and fully structured. Perfect in combination with red and white meats, stuffed pasta mushrooms and other classic Piedmontese first courses, aged cheeses.
