The wine
Mario Rovira Farruca is a tribute to the Galician women who went to work in Andalusia, extremely strong and hard-working women. As they are an austere wine and its acidity, style and balance perfectly hold the barrel.
8 days of maceration, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Ages 5 months in manzanilla barrel.
