The wine
Masi Mazzano Amarone is an austere and majestic wine, with an impenetrable ruby red color, with burnished reflections. The nose reveals a powerful aroma of cherry in spirit and plum. On the palate it is robust and vigorous, with flavors of morello cherry and blueberry. Complex aftertaste and surprising persistence. The end of meal wine par excellence, it goes well with red meats, game, quail and tasty dishes. Also excellent pairing with tasty and aged cheeses, such as parmesan and pecorino.
