Masi Tupungato is the name of the project developed by the enterprising Venetian company in Argentina, in the region of Mendoza, where, between 950 and 1050 meters above sea level, Malbec and Torrontes are grown together with the most typical Venetian grapes such as Corvina.
"Argentine nature, Venetian style" is the motto that echoes in the La Arboleda estate where Passo Doble is born, a blend of Malbec (70%) and Corvina (30%, undergoes a slight drying) with a concentrated ruby red color, embellished with iridescent reflections violet. The scent is rich in references to berries: blueberries, raspberries and blackberries as well as plums in jam. The spicy fan is also charming, with pinches of cinnamon, pepper and vanilla. On the palate it is tasty and full without giving up drinkability and pleasantness. Clear taste-olfactory correspondence, in fact we savor a myriad of small ripe red and black berry fruits that accompany us until the final, clean. A wine full of appeal, particularly suitable to accompany both traditional Italian first courses, as well as the famous Argentine asado.
