The wine
Massimo Penna Serra Barolo is an intense and structured wine, ruby red in color with garnet reflections. The nose expresses great breadth, with notes of pulpy fruit, mint and tobacco, to which are added aromas of cherry, violet, licorice and jam. Explosive in the mouth, it shows a rich and decisive structure, with fine and mature tannins. Perfect to combine with Piedmontese agnolotti, braised in Barolo and "tajarin" with truffle.
