Massolino Dolcetto d'Alba

The Massolino winery, still unknown to most, is a real gem of the Piedmontese wine scene; Dolcetto in fact, in addition to the freshness and pleasantness typical of this wine, offers great structure and unquestionable elegance.

Deep ruby red color and impenetrable with intense violet reflections; very elegant nose: exploding aromatic sweet fruity aromas. In the mouth it is warm, enveloping and velvety, a concentrated wine. Good taste-olfactory correspondence, in fact the fruity and vinous return which leave a persistent aftertaste of plum, black cherry and blueberry as well as notes of leather and liquorice. Good freshness and a not at all aggressive tannin entice even more to drink.

A transversal wine, it combines successfully with different dishes; especially with land appetizers, risotto, legume soups, grilled red meats.
