The wine
Valpolicella Classico Superiore Sanperetto shows an intense ruby red color; the nose expresses hints of wild blackberries, floral notes and touches of licorice, vanilla and tobacco. The sip is enveloping characterized by an aftertaste of humus and a freshness that balances the whole. The tannins are good and the finish is bitter. Excellent with first courses, pasta and risotto with meat or vegetables.
