Made from grapes from the farm Les Solanes , in Torroja del Priorat, a place where the sun rounds the tannins and concentrates the aromas to reach its maximum expression, to be harvested by hand later, until mid-November. In addition to the selection in the vineyard, bunches were selected by hand in the winery, gently skimmed, and through a sorting table, fragments of scrap were removed by hand to fill 2-tonne stainless steel square tanks and barrels of 600 liters for fermentation. The fermentation was long and slow, with a maceration of about 35-40 days. Subsequently, the flower wines were transferred to the same French oak barrels to age for 18 months. The remaining skins, in such a mature state, were pressed very gently to obtain an important content of polysaccharides that give great volume in the mouth. Bottling without clarification or filtration.
