The wine
Merdo's Valdobbiadene Brut Integral is straw yellow in color with crystalline reflections, brilliant perlage with subtle, fine and persistent grain. The aromatic profile is fresh and mineral, with strong notes of white-fleshed fruits. On the palate it is agile, quick, savory and dry, with a complex and harmonious aftertaste that takes up the initial gustatory tension. Ideal enjoyed as an aperitif or in combination with light appetizers and fish dishes.
