The wine
Jaumandreu is a Catalan manor house that stands in a unique setting, surrounded by vineyards that uphold the past history of wine-growing there and in the area. The winery's main aim is to produce wines that combine a modern approach with a sense of terrain. They practise biodynamic viticulture which means that herbicides have been replaced by plant cover (rye grass), chemical fertilisers have been eliminated, and green and winter pruning are observed, always in accordance with the lunar phases.
