The wine
From Zibibbo bush-trained grapes harvested late, Tanit undergoes a partial drying on racks and, after crushing, during fermentation, fortification with the addition of wine alcohol to increase the alcohol content. Brilliant golden yellow in colour, the nose releases ample notes of candied orange, date and dried fig, sage, honey and iodine. Warm and soft on the palate, well supported by acidity and salinity, it is rich and persistent in its gentle sweetness.
