The wine
From a variety to be rediscovered, this wine expresses a purple red color with brilliant ruby reflections at the glass. Intense and particular, the nose is characterized by hints of black fruit, plums and black cherries and a spicy note of white pepper. Of remarkable structure, it has a pulpy and enveloping palate thanks to a pleasant freshness and a finish with silky tannins. Try it with grilled meat, fettuccine with wild boar sauce, pork ribs.
