The wine
Michele Chiarlo Barolo Cerequio is a splendid bright garnet red color, with excellent density and brightness. The olfactory framework, broad and enveloping, is expressed in a concert of sensations in which ripe fruit (black currant, apricot and morello cherry), mint leaves, gentian roots and spices stand out. In the mouth it confirms the seductive sensations felt on the nose, caressing the palate with surprising delicacy. The body is rich, aristocratic and of great character, with the presence of fine tannins. To be served with large red meats, game and hard cheeses.
