The wine
Michele Chiarlo Nivole is a delicious sparkling wine with an intense straw yellow color. Sparkling, seductive, fragrant dessert wine, the nose offers gentle fruity aromas of mandarin combined with hints of vanilla cream. The palate, wrapped in a symphony of bubbles, incorporates a creamy consistency accompanied by a trail of tropical fruit and honeysuckle, with a long, pleasantly sweet finish. It goes well with sweets in general, but does not mind the combination with cheeses, salami and savory dishes.
